Reduce anxiety and stress by breathing properly

In these uncertain times of the Coronavirus outbreak an invisible 'enemy' is present. This can cause stress and anxiety.

With simple breathing exercises, you can reduce anxiety and stress.

Martial Arts practitioners practise their breathing to gain physical strength and to increase their spiritual development. 

In my classes you learn some breathing, meditation and spiritual practice exercises to strengthen your lungs and increase your lung capacity.
