Taster Sessions and Workshops

If you have never practised Tai Chi or Qigong before, why don't you join one of the Taster Sessions?

Mindfulness exercises and Tai Chi and Qigong Mindful Movements help manage or reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety. You can read more here

The Taster Sessions are an introduction to Mindfulness and Mindful Movements.

You practise body and mind awareness. We will focus on:
  • how to connect with your mind with a Mindfulness exercise
  • how to breathe properly
  • how to correct your posture to breathe properly
  • how to connect with your body with one or two Mindful movement exercises.
You will receive resources by email after the session to keep practising these activities. 

After the Taster Session, you can decide to register for one-day Golden Spine 9 courses to keep practising Mindfulness and Mindful Movements, and/or you can subscribe to receive weekly Mindfulness Meditation exercises by email.

All Taster Sessions take place at the Haelan Clinic, Upper Studio, 41 The Broadway, Crouch End, London, N8 8DT (Haelan Centre).
