I offer blocks of 4 lessons to learn the Golden Spine 9 Qigong form, on-site and online. I use Zoom for online classes/courses.
On-site classes/courses take place at the Haelan Clinic, Upper Studio, 41 The Broadway, Crouch End, London, N8 8DT.
You can practise anywhere and anytime you want with the resources I provide after a block of 4 lessons.
I recommend signing up for three blocks of 4 lessons to make the Golden Spine 9 Qigong form a healthy habit.

You can also choose to have one-to-one private tuition sessions if you feel you need more guidance or if you want to practise with people you know (private group sessions). Go to private sessions for more information.
