Chinese philosophy

I am a qualified educationalist, a holistic coach, and I train others in using communication and counselling skills effectively.
The emphasis in my teaching and instructing is on becoming more aware of yourself and your surroundings.
This is also what I do as a Qigong instructor.

To help you understand why and how I support others, and what 'energies' mean to me and how ancient Chinese philosophy fits in how I view the world, people and the individual human being, 'The Path: A New Way to Think About Everything' by Michael Puett and Christine Gross-Loh is a great read:

Golden Spine 9

The new Qigong form Golden Spine 9 is based on the 22 energies from the Soul Plan, an accurate tool in supporting and empowering others. I use this system in a therapeutic setting as a Soul Plan Practitioner, Soul Transformation Therapist and Soul Plan Teacher trained by Anita D. Marshall and Blue Marsden who developed the system. Visit Soul Plan in North London for more information.

Be warned, this is a life-changing book and only meant for people who want to connect with who they truly are:  'Soul Plan: Reconnect with Your True Life Purpose' by Blue Marsden (the Kindle version is currently offered at a reduced price):

Another beautifully written book wherein Master and healer Robert Peng, with Rafael Nasser, describe his journey of inner balance and developing spiritual awareness is 'The Master Key: Qigong Secrets for Vitality, Love and Wisdom':

Stay healthy by moving mindfully to develop strength and resilience ...
