Chinese philosophy
I am trained to support others through teaching (counselling and psychotherapeutic skills), coaching, supervising, and counselling, which involves helping them become more aware of themselves, their surroundings, and the relationships they have with themselves and others. This is essentially what I also do as a Qigong coach.
