Exercise in the park
England eased and are gradually lifting restrictions of our movements since last week in these uncertain times of the COVID-19 outbreak.
Boris Johnson announced on Sunday 10 May 2020 some unclear new rules.
What I did understand is that we can now sunbath in the park. And this is my way of soaking up Vitamin D: mindful moving and breathing calmness and peacefulness in.
