Online Classes

Since the outbreak of the Corona-virus, I have decided to offer online Zoom courses and regular practice classes.

Sessions are recorded so you can catch up if you miss a class.
You will also have unlimited access to resources via an international learning and teaching platform. Instructions how to join will be sent to you once you have registered.

Once you have learned the movements of a form, you can practise from home or you can join Zoom classes (regular practice sessions) to help you make (Tai Chi) Qigong a routine, a healthy habit.

SHIBASHI 18 TAI CHI QIGONG COURSES

Learn the easy to learn form Shibashi 18, a combination of Tai Chi and Qigong to help you reduce stress, and anxiety, breathe properly, correct your posture, focus and more.

SHIBASHI 18 TAI CHI QIGONG REGULAR PRACTICE

You can join half an hour practices on a weekly basis after you have practised all the movements on one of the Shibashi 18 courses.
Every Thursday morning from 07:30 - 08:00 AM (GMT+1).

GOLDEN SPINE 9 QIGONG REGULAR PRACTICE

You can join half an hour practices on a weekly basis after you have practised all the movements on one of the Golden Spine 9 courses.
Next available weekly practice sessions are until further notice paused.
