Since the outbreak of the Corona-virus, I have decided to offer online Zoom classes and courses only, in groups and individually.

GOLDEN SPINE 9 COURSES

Learn the powerful Qigong form, The Golden Spine 9 to strengthen your lungs, back, core, and spine.


SHIBASHI 18 TAI CHI QIGONG REGULAR PRACTICE

You can join half an hour practices on a weekly basis after you have practised all the movements on one of the Shibashi 18 courses.
Every Thursday morning from 07:30 - 08:00 AM (GMT+1).

GOLDEN SPINE 9 REGULAR PRACTICE

You can join half an hour practices on a weekly basis after you have practised all the movements on one of the Golden Spine 9 courses.
